Check the following: 1. Volume is turned up on your speakers and keyboard 2. Volume is not muted 3. Speakers are connected and powered

If audio does not run, then default your computer to the Microsoft Windows Mediaplayer 1. Click on the START key or icon in your computer 2. Click on SET PROGRAM ACCESS AND DEFAULTS 3. Select MICROSOFT WINDOWS

In case you still dont hear audio, then go to the Microsoft site at: http://www.microsoft.com/windows/windowsmedia/player/10/default.aspx 1. Download the proper version of Windows Mediaplayer. 2. During the installation, Select Mediaplayer to be your default player for audio
